thinkpad X200 shutdown problem!

i have one week now a X200 with kubuntu 64-bit installed.
my problem is that each time that i click the shut-down button, my x200 it is shut-down and open again immediately(rebooting).
Also some times when im in the internet or whatever, the computer decides to reboot by himself!
when im trying to shut-down through terminal the computer crashes after leaving the desktop and prepare to shutdown.
when im trying to shut it down in login screen only then it is shuting down proper!!
anyone know what is happening ??
