Bluetooth not showing on X200

My Bluetooth was working until about a month ago and now has disappeared. I have no icon in the taskbar, and when I hit FN F5 only wifi shows up. I ran the update program and everything appears to be up to date. My radio switch on the left is on (I am using wifi fine). Nothing appears under network adaptors in Device Manager. Can anyone give me any pointers? Is there a bios switch perhaps? Thanks.

It is possible to disable BT in the BIOS, so you could check there first. I'd try reinstalling the BT driver from Lenovo too, ignore system update and grab it straight from their website.

The only setting I see in bios is for Wifi and Wimax and it is on. I do not see a bluetooth specific switch in bios?
When I download and install the bluetooth drivers it tells me that no bluetooth adaptor can be found.
Either the bluetooth modem is turned off somehow - or it has failed? Is there anyway to diagnose? Thanks.
