How to record video using the x220 integrated webcam

Hi guys,
since yesterday there is one question came across my mind- how or can I record video usin the x220 integrated web cam as the software i downloaded from lenovo only gives me options to set up camera contrast, brightness, saturation etc. but no record option. Cheers
