How to install RAM in X220?

Hi guys.

I have an X220 and I want to give it more RAM. I want to buy two 4GB modules for it. Should I buy from Lenovo or should I buy another brand that is better quality?

More importantly, how do I install the RAM? I've never done this before and I'm afraid I will break something. Are there any documents that will take a newbie through the process? Should I not attempt this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use Ubuntu Linux if it matters. Thanks.

It's pretty easy. This user guide should help you.

Get an anti static wriststrap and proper tools (screwdriver).

Do you know where I can buy an anti-static wristwrap from? I'm not familiar with this item. What does it look like--anything specific to look for?

Here is one source for an anti-static wrist strap. Micro Center would be another.
