$70 sounds about right. The thing you have to be concerned about with an eBay battery is how long it's been sitting around, which may effect the charge capacity. I recently bought a new R400 battery. When I got it, the charge capacity was 48w, but the design capacity is 56w. I recalibrated it and it went up to 52w. I haggled with the seller and got $10 off, which made it $36 for a new six-cell battery.

It's in the battery optimization software called power manager.
