Difference between 3093W63 and 311396U?

I have been trying unsuccessfully on the Lenovo site to find the difference between two x200t (i7-640LM) for sale.

These are 3093W63 and 311396U.

Can anyone help?

Both are X201T models

Thanks for the above. My dealer has specification errors against both models. Please may I have the links from where you got the data?

You can go here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/landing.page

and plug in the model type into the Quick Path box. If there's already some model displayed (from a previous search held in a browser cookie), click the green Modify button and enter the model.

Note that there may be some differences from these specs by your dealer in memory or hard drive as those items can be up/downgraded by the user fairly easily.
