X200 5.1 audio (optical/coax) out ?

Hi,
I'd like to get 5.1 audio out from my X200 to my HomeTheater Receiver, that has both optical and coax input, and is capable of decoding DTS and AC3.
My X200 run Windows 7 home edition 64 bits, and I mainly look forward to play movies with audio encoded in DTS, AC3 or AAC. I also have an Ultrabase. My current player is VLC ; I'd be willing to switch if necessary.
Since the displayport doesn't have audio out on the X200, I was planning to use a USB-to-optical or-coaxial interface.
It looks like the cheap one found on eBay only have 2.0 digital output :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-PCM2704-USB ... 0945210698
However, this one seems to have 5.1 DTS and AC3 output with an additionnal driver for windows :

Not sure I could have AAC (decoded by VLC and sent as 5.1 PCM ?), but I can live with that.
1) Has any one tried the Turtle Beach Micro II ?
2) Any other solution available ?
