I run a i5-2410M with two 4gb modules. Each has 16modules per dimm.

Incidently a slightly dated version of memtest says memory throughput is a meger 3.5gb/s.

I run w/ 1866

How does one roll back the Bios to the 1.28 version as per earlier post to maximize the speed of 16gb ram on my x220. I too would like to rejuvenate my x220, right now I have bios version 1.40. Thank you.

If you'd rather not roll back there's a modified version of the 1.40 BIOS that unlocks 1866MHz RAM speeds available here: http://x220.mcdonnelltech.com/resources/
