X220 battery with Panasonic cells? Rebuild?

Hello
Batteries with Sanyo cells seem to die way too quickly, mine went to 40 % capacity after a year and 600 cycles. It was kept at 70-85 % maximum charge for longer life, but that didn't help much
Bought a new 9-cell, but it has Sanyos too.
My old T60 battery from 2007 with Panasonic cells is still kicking, +60 % of capacity left. Where could I buy x220 with such idiot proof cells?
