In particular, check the following section. The PCI\VEN number might be wrong. It was wrong on mine (with the driver downloaded from Lenovo) causing the card reader to not work in Windows 7.
IIRC, you can run C:\DRIVERS\WIN\multicard\setup.exe to reinstall the driver with the changes applied.
