Hello,
So I formated my comp with a fresh Windows 7, and it seems that I cannot get the hotkeys to be shown on the screen like: Fn+F5, volume and so on

What is your model type? If you are not sure what that is turn your X200t over and it will be the 7-digit alphanumeric code that is in this format XXXX-xxx. We do not need the S/N just the Type.

Everything? Everything from the 'Drivers and Software' page? My routine is a minimal installation of programs as I prefer a lean W7 environment. I can tell you what I have installed on my X200t as far as essential programs for Lenovo Support for my X200t model. Here is a list:
Intel Chipset Support for Windows 8, 7, XP, and Vista
Lenovo Power Management Driver (link at bottom of this post)
Lenovo Power Manager for Windows 7
Thinkvantage Communications Utility for Windows 7, Vista, and XP
Hotkeys Feature Integration for Windows 7, Vista, XP, and 2000
Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software II for Windows 7
Trackpoint Driver for Windows 7 (there is a 32-bit or a 64-bit depending on which version of Windows 7 you have installed; download corresponding driver)
AFAIK those seem to be the minimum needed to get the On-screen display to function based on my experience for my X200t model. What I did notice just a minute ago is that the 'Lenovo Power Management Driver' is not on the support page. Could be a glitch on the Lenovo site.
Here is the link to the Power Management Driver I found manually.

Not sure if you have that installed if not give it a shot and don't forget to restart your x200t afterwards.
