I'm considering buying X200t, is it compatible with a dock station for X200/X200s?

Yes it is compatible.
Source: I own an x200t and have the docking station as well.

Are the batteries different for tablet and non-tablet versions of X200/X201?

Yes, they are different and not compatible.
