X200s cover edge loose

Just got a replacement X200s and the top edge of the lid is loose [the front of the lid as you face it to open]. It doesn't appear to be a crack because it is straight and even across the whole lid. There doesn't seem to be anyway to tighten it; is it supposed to be removable?
