I just bought a nice X201s from a guy in a parking lot. Are there any IPS/AFFS screen replacement mods for it?

Yes, you can install the boehydis HV121WX4 AFFS.

In that event I'd have to replace the cable and LED sub card with a cable from the X200 CFFL and inverter or something like that too?

yeah, you got it right.

Fantastic, I just picked up a 44C9909 cable and 42W8010 inverter. That should do it I believe. It'll be a resolution downgrade but a image quality upgrade I suppose...

PS, is that it for parts? x200 cable, inverter and the panel you mentioned? I only ask because I imagine the X201s is a slightly different animal than the regular X201. Thanks...
