X200s/X201s motherboard swap (and BIOS question)

I just bought an X200s in excellent condition and an X201s i7 motherboard that I hope to swap into the X200s case.
At first, I thought I would hire a forum member (who does excellent modding work) to swap the motherboards, but I see from the HMM and a few posts here that it seems almost simple - a few cables to disconnect and a few screws to remove. I've removed the motherboard on an X61s, and this doesn't look any more difficult.
Am I right about this? Remember that I'm asking about a swap of an X201s ("two-oh-one-ess," not the ordinary 200 model) into an X200s ("two-hundred-ess") case - NOT a swap involving an s and non-s model.
Also, once I've got them swapped, am I right in thinking the non-whitelist BIOS for the X201 is also good for the X201s? I found it here:

Thanks for any information and advice.
