Intel 7260AC and linux

#1 Post by fleming164 » Tue Dec 16, 2014 3:54 pm

Hi there,

I've recently purchased a X200 and wanted to upgrade the WiFi card to take advantage of the AC router we've got.

I'm thinking of getting the 7260AC dual band card, but wondered if anybody had any experience with this card under linux? I've got the Intel 5100 card in at the moment and it doesn't seem to want to play nice with the 5ghz spectrum.

I don't mind having to play around a little to get it working, but I don't want to buy the new card to find out I still can't get 5ghz working properly!

Thanks in advance,
