It's located between the battery connector and the sim card reader.

Can somebody help me to find the reference of the component please ?

Thank you for your help. :D

Welcome to thinkpads.com!

Component is U44, a MOSFET with a part number FDS6298 made by Fairchild Semiconductor and maybe others. This transistor is "protected" by fuse F9, located right below the burnt part. That fuse has a 10A rating and is made by Littelfuse (probably part number 0448010.MR). Since the MOSFET blew up and let out the magic smoke, you would be wise to also check the F9 fuse with a multimeter. If the fuse is also bad, then you could replace both but if you don't find what caused the MOSFET and the fuse to blow you might end up back where you are now with more burned out parts.

Nice to hear that it worked for you. Hopefully whatever caused the MOSFET to blow up was a one-time thing and that it will not happen again.
