Basically just wanting to purchase a X200 panel, preferably with the touchscreen removed, but I don't know what to look out for... Does a touchscreen panel just have what looks like a sheet of glass glued on top of the panel?

I couldn't find a good pic of touchscreen on or off - could someone suggest where I might find one or two? (pics.. not panels)
