Reputable seller/supplier for Hydis panels

Wondering if anyone has found a reputable seller/supplier for the Hydis panels for X200/X201, outside of ebay. If so could you PM or reply here.

Hi!

No, they are getting rare....the boe hydis....first of all the HV121WX4-120...the only "source" out of ebay is alibaba.com and this isn't something you can really trust in...

My favorite Thinkpad:
 T23 with 1,2 GHz PIII-M, CCFL SXGA+ (LG, 46L2495) (will now get LED Mod),
X200s, SL9400, 8GB Ram, AFFS (HV121WX4-120)
R500 with ATI Graphics, P8400, 8GB Ram and WSXGA+ (LP164W02(TL)(10))[if it once will get WUXGA?!]
T430s with I7, 16GB Ram and FHD Mod
