Error 2101 Detection error x220tablet

hi there , just a few months ago a got myself a x220t refurbished , it came with windows 10 .

so now a got me some 16 gb of ram , and a msata ssd 256gb , ram works fine , msata not so much
most of the times i just have a Error 2101 Detection error on HDD2
press f1 to continue ,
the first time i got it to work , i just showed 1gb memory ,
after a few more working not working reboots e got it to full size and installed windows 7 on it , it booted up fine .
2 more reboots and i got the daam error again ,

got any leads ?
