X201 - W7/SSD - SHORT BATTERY LIFE

I changed my default, used, after-leasing battery to a new one - 9 cell. I use Windows 7, but it works for one hour only with Wi-Fi and browser turned on. Can You suggest something please?

You probably have a Chinese knock-off battery.
My X201 runs with i5-540M CPU, SSD, 4GB RAM, W7 and the 1440x900 LED-screen from an X200s.
I only use it for travel and for browsing the web and email after my desktop is shut down in the evening.
It has a 9-cell battery that (when full) shows almost 9 hours.
Effective use is about 7 hours.
It's a Panasonic 42T4696, made 2010-06-22, first use 2010-11.
It has 277 cycles and holds 84.36Wh, that is still MORE than its original 84.24Wh.
