My X201 won't post anymore and throws these errors:

Error: NVRAM Space Full
System Configuration Data Read Error
System Configuration Data Write Error

Also threw a
The LAN adapter's configuation is corrupted or has not been initialized. The Boot Agent cannot continue.

Things I've done:
Reseat CMOS battery.
Remove WLAN card.

I think it's dead.
Daily driver: lenovo T500 P9700, WUXGA, 8GB
Ultraportable: IBM lenovo X60s
Home theater: lenovo T420

Try the thing for removing the CMOS Password or reflash the BIOS on the chip. Otherwise the chip may need to be replaced.
