X200 Tablet - dust under the glass

#1 Post by pingwin44 » Mon Oct 02, 2017 3:12 am

About a year ago I bought a used X200 Tablet, stylus-only variant. I recently noticed that there's some dust between the glass/plastic(?) layer and the screen. I'd like to know how to take it apart and remove the dust. The glass layer is about 2-3 milimeters above the screen, and it extends outside to the bezel.
Thanks in advance for any help.

In cases like that, the usual solution is to replace the screen.
It's probably too complicated (or not possible) to remove the digitizer from the screen without causing more damage.
