Anyone with a spent X220 Slice Battery 19+?

The charging port on my X230 is becoming loose. I could replace it, but with my usual daily procedure of taking the laptop out and around for the day and only coming back home to charge it (I never carry around my charger, and I always charge the computer at the same spot on my desk) I was instead considering buying a compatible slice battery and using it as a 'charging pad' through the dock connector.

Since I won't actually be making any use of the battery cells inside the slice, I don't need or want to buy a new one or even a reasonably-well-condition one from Ebay. I just need a shell, a working power socket, connector and PCB. So I ask, does anyone here have an old depleted X220/X230-compatible slice battery that they're not using anymore? I will pay $10 and shipping to get it off your hands. Preferably from US to keep shipping cost reasonable, I don't want to pay more than maybe $25 total. DM please. Thanks.

Why not get an Ultrabase. It is a battery but with extra ports, a DVD drive, and your charging port.

Remove your battery and plug it onto the cable of that charger.
Plug your power-supply into the charger and off you go.
