I paid 160 € (in person) for mine, which compared to yours has:

a 6300 wifi card (3x3 version of the 2x2 6200 -- but this PC only has two antennas! I connected the red wwan one as 3rd and it seems slightly improved);

a 250GB/5200 mechanical disk (your model goes for approximately 65 on eBay, but computers are one of those cases where a system is worth less than its parts, and 180-theoretical-gigabytes is below average nowadays even for SSDs);

an above average 3rd party 6-cell battery (these are hard to compare - it's impossible to predict the long term wear using only the objective factors you can see in Power Manager);

WWAN (mostly a gimmick in my country with little options for large and/or shared-with-phone data plans), and the original 800p screen I have no idea on how it could compare to yours, so I would guess the price will probably be higher but not by much - after all it's the buyer who ultimately decides the price :)

I'd guess between $170-$200 with your specs.
But also check Sold listings on eBay for X201 with similar specs (especially WXGA+/1440x900).
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
