Broke the middle mouse button on my X220. Do I need to replace the entire keyboard, or can I just buy the one button?

Broke the middle mouse button on my X220. Do I need to replace the entire keyboard, or can I just buy the one button?

Was trying to remove the keyboard and accidentally snapped the pins holding the middle mouse button in place. The keyboard is in new condition, so I would hate to waste a perfectly good keyboard if I don't have to. Does anyone know of any place(s) that would sell just the single mouse button, or even the threesome? Please let me know.

TIA
