X220 vs X230

This is a question that would fit this section of the forum, but also the x230 section... just I don't think crossposting would be appreciated, and well.. hope that here is the best of the 2 places.

Anyway...

Given the option of getting an x220 or an x230 , what would be the reasons to prefer one vs the other ? ( I know the cpu and usb3 parts )
By example, I think I heard that the x220 vga out can be noisy while the x230 doesn't suffer from it

I have both. But I definitely vote for x230, runs cooler, silent, better cpu power saving features, better battery life, USB3. You can install the classic keyboard in it to make it a perfect x220!

Ah, just saw them.
They're a bit higher than the one I had my eyes on ( 125 and open to lower offers. same price for an x220 and an x230 ... was planning to aim for 100ish or around 120 including shipping, erm ).
I'm actually peeking at an x220 t, now, too...
