[SOLVED] X220 Ultrabase 3: can not remove 2nd HDD Caddy/Ultrabay

Though no problem before to insert & remove the 2nd HDD Caddy/Ultrabay, now it's stuck in the Ultrabase. When sliding the small unlock switch, the T-shaped handle pops out, which should enable to slide the Caddy further out, but I'm unable to remove the Caddy. Any idea how to free it?

I managed to "gently" pull out the Caddy with a pair of pliers. One of side screws to fasten the HDD to the Caddy was sticking out and probably blocked the Caddy's removal because once screwed in deeper the Caddy can again be removed without problem.
