X220t ethernet connector acting up

#1 Post by MountainX » Thu Jun 28, 2018 11:09 pm

I have a mint i7 X220 tablet that is in great condition. Everything works well except the built-in RJ45 Ethernet connector has recently become intermittent. Right now I am using a USB Ethernet adapter. What is involved in fixing the built-in RJ45 connector? Will this most likely involve replacing the motherboard? If so, are there any good videos showing the process? Thanks
