X220 Tablet Screen Upgrade

Simply put, the 1366×768 resulotion is not the greatest and I was wondering if there are screen upgrades available and what they may be? Most importantly, if I do upgrade the screen, will I be able to or is there a way to keep the touch screen and digitizer pen functionality?

I don't think that nitrocaster's X220/X230 FHD mod has been implemented for the Tablet, so probably the answer is 'no'.

I came so close. I got the kit soldered on. An image appeared on the screen, but the backlight didn't work. I think I blew something by putting the wrong pins attached, as the X220t has a different pinout. Theoretically it should be doable though, I may try again with a chinese kit at a later date. I also managed to disassemble the digitizer, lcd, and pen detection assembly so that should also work when reassembled.
