X200s - a rare board find?
X200s - a rare board find?
I must have some luck finding weird things.
I have been handed a X200s lately as a part of a trade. The system looks pretty normal, L9400, everything seem pretty casual BUT... after entering the bios I have noticed the UUID is all in zeros (so 000000-0000 and so on). Nothing that special, I have seen that on service boards.
System-unit serial number, however.... MFG_IN_GOING. Some kind of engineering sample?

Can we see a BIOS screenshot?
Thinkpad4by3's Law of the Universe.
The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

It's probably not at all rare as the zeros indicate that someone swapped the motherboard

and never used the special software to set the serial number
