Thermal Sensor Error

Hello, I just finished partially tearing down my X201 to remove the motherboard and clean the fan as well as replace the thermal paste. Once reassembled, now on reboot, I'm getting "Thermal Sensor Error", and it shuts down. The fan is spooling up, and there's no fan error. Any ideas? Where is the thermal sensor located?
