does anyone having slow downloading problem??

hey guys... I am having trouble with slow downloading.

somehow with x300, when i download files from any websites is very slow. Also, copying files from my external hard drive is also very slow.

even when I connect my external harddrive hitachi 200gb 7x00 rpm downloading speed is very slow (around 50 to 70 kbs)

when I connect the same device to the x41t, the speed normally exceed 500 kbs.

I do not know if this is because ssd and common to all x300 users, or just me having this kind of problem.
