larger SSD drive options?

Anyone know if there are 3rd party SSD drives that (1) meet the physical specifications of the X300 drive but (2) have greater capacity than 64GB?

Even though 128gig SSDs have been mentioned in tech blogs, I don't think one is available in the market. Or if it is, it'll be at least $2k or upward in price in the Korean market.
FYI--ExtremeTech came out with an article on SSDs yesterday:

and mentioned DVnation.com (I am not affiliated!) as an online SSD specialty store. I checked the site out and nothing greater than 64gig at the moment.
I, too, would be interested in getting a 128gig SSD so let's keep our eyes open when one becomes available!

One more thing...
It's nice to hear that no one has experienced a failed SSD drive on this forum just yet! That issue was one of my main concerns and I was at one point thinking of buying a spare 1.8" 128gig mini-ATA HD to back up my drive just in case.
Sorry for digressing from the original thread a bit, but would you go that route?

i'm more confident in the X300's SSD than i am any of my hard drives.
to get around the 64GB limitation, i keep many of less-often-used files on an external 160GB USB HDD. i've found 64GB to be plenty of space for a full OS and application installation (server 2008 EE x86, japanese MUI, IIS7, adobe CS3 design premium, office 2003 pro, etc.) with 43GB left over for personal and client files. everything depends on how many files you absolutely have to have with you when traveling, since the X300 is aimed at travelers rather than desk jockeys.

Thanks Erik. Maybe reading about the longevity of SSDs started to get me a little concerned (especially those which talk about the Dell SSDs!)

Other than lack of bluetooth support, found any issues with server 2008 versus Vista? driver issues? Are you running Hyper-V beta?

BT support was no problem using the XP/2000 thinkpad BT stack from lenovo. in fact, i'm using my thinkpad BT mouse as we speak.
drivers for WWAN and WUSB were a bit of an issue and took time to get installed. everything else was pretty straightforward. i'm running 2008 enterprise x86 and to my surprise thinkvantage system update actually works just like under vista.
i'm not using hyper-v because it kills the ability to suspend. that would be extremely annoying on a notebook.
