HSDPA module for X300

#1 Post by kung » Wed Jun 04, 2008 5:12 am

Need help ! Does HSDPA card from Lenovo FRU# 42T0901 compatible with Lenovo X300. I don't see this FRU in the x300 handbook. Any Bios modification need ?
The 42T0901 only show for the T61, X61

it's not listed on the system service parts page so it's probably not compatible without BIOS modifications.

But in the handbook it only list the part for AT&T and Verizon
The 42T0901 suppose to be the unlock version of the two.

42T0901 exists no longer! Use 42T0931 -- it is not locked and will work on X300.

Got my 42T0931 Vodaphone card today from Lenovo USA. Installed in x300
Installed the driver from Lenovo support website and upgrade the Access connection / hotkey.
It work after setting it up with Access connections :D
The card is not lock !! work with Thai AIS just fine.
