The reviewer speaks well of the battery life, but then says that life is a little over 6 hours. With a new 8 cell battery, I get that on my x60s, so I am a little disappointed. Granted, the x200 has a stronger cpu with a new chipset, but I was hoping for something more, like around 10 hours. Oh well.

The P8600 in the review unit run at less wattage than the than other Core 2 Duos. You should expect better battery life. The review on Notebook Review got 9h53m. The settings play a big role in battery life. Maybe they ran it with full power and brightness which would effect the battery life. Hard to say.
