Can R&R 4.2 and Acronis True Image "coexist"

Can I have both programs installed on my X300? I currently have R&R 4.2 which takes (literally) 10 hours to make a backup and I am thinking of starting to use Acronis. Can I simply install acronis or do i need to remove the R&R firsT?

I'm not sure which version of R&R I have (and I'm not at the machine right now) but I have R&R and Acronis coexisting nicely.

I assume he means using the Acronis Secure Zone alongside the R&R hidden partition.

What is the point of even having R&R, if you have Acronis True Image though?
