I just bought X200 (will arrive next tuesday).

It currently shipped with 160GB 5400rpm SATA hard drive.
I'm considering to change the hard drive into 64GB SATAII SSD.

Does anybody know if X200 support SATA II?

I'm pretty sure it does - but it doesn't matter. All SATAII drives support SATA and for 1 drive it is pretty much just as fast.
