Greetings:
For those of you who own an X series thinkpad who purchased the onsite support option, have you had to use onsite support in the past three to four years?
If yes, how was the experience?
Was the scheduling of the onsite service easy or did you have to push to get them to schedule a visit?
Did the technician show up timely?
Was the problem fixed the first time? If no, how many repeat visits did it take for them to resolve the problem?
Are you still happy you purchased the onsite support option?
Thank you.
