X200 with WWAN, UWB or X200 with WWAN, Camera question

On the built in Verizon special, when you go to build the Thinkpad X200, under the "Display Type" settings you can pick between

* 12.1 WXGA (1280x800), 2x3 UltraConnect II antenna , WWAN, UWB

or

* 12.1 WXGA (1280x800), 2x2 UltraConnect II antenna , WWAN, Camera

What is the benefit of the UWB, and what does one miss out by not having a UWB?

Is the "Lenovo USB WebCam" option better than getting the Camera built into the display or just as good?
