Upgrading from X41 to X200s - Ultrabay drives?

Hi,
Does anyone know if I can reuse my old DVD-drives from my X41 ultrabase in the new X200s ultrabase? I know the bases are different, but I'm wondering if the drives themselves are compatible.
Thanks!

I had thought that the X4x drives were PATA based while the new ones are SATA?

the connectors on the bay devices are identical and will work in either system. i've done it myself and know first-hand that it works. the bezels are different (T4x have a chamfer where the T6x are flush) but that's it.
in fact, the SATA ultrabay adapter will work in a T4x if you cut the tab off of the adapter.

You are right that the ultrabay slim devices between T4x and T6x are interchangeable. However, the OP was asking about the interchangeability between the ultrabay slim devices of X4x, X6x ultrabases (i.e., the T4x, T6x ultrabay slim devices) and the new X200 ultrabase devices (like this
guy).
I don't have any personal experiences with those yet but from what I've read, they are not interchangeable.
