Two screen versions of X200 Tablet?

#1 Post by sutrakhk » Thu Nov 27, 2008 11:07 am

X200 tablet is on the sale already, I found that the uneven edge of the screen is quite ugly ,like the pic in 24 Aug 08 in this website, is there a version that is using the screen like in the post in 23 Sep 2008 (some more photos in this).

I think the second version is much good looking as it make the uneven edge look better.

Thanks

Yes, there are indeed two versions. The normal one, and the "frameless" one, which seems to be what you prefer.

But how to distinguish it when ordering by having the specification only?

Thanks~

So according to the Tabook, only the Multiview/Multitouch screens (sometimes called "Touch" in specifications) are not frameless. All the others, whether LED or CCFL, are frameless.

But in my city (Hong Kong), AFAIK those with Tablet Digitizer Pen only (non-multitouch) are not frameless too, and I still havn't see any X200 Tablet is frameless here.
