X200s LED and WWAN?

Does Lenovo sell the x200s in the combination LED backlight and wwan? I cannot find a model having these features.

That combination is not offered on X200s on the US website either. I'd assume that it is not available. I do see WWAN as an option on X200 though.

I don't even see WWAN as a supported upgrade option on x200s.

woo2k3, that's an X200 Tablet on eBay. This discussion is about the X200s.
