Case Cracked

#1 Post by Weez » Mon Jan 19, 2009 7:05 pm

Long story short, Wife bought me a new computer case (Backpack) and left the space unzippered, when i opened the back door the computer slid out and bounced on my driveway a few times :-(

The good news is the unit runs fine and im impressed with the durability, the bad news is the case is pretty beat up on the corners. Is this something that i can send in to lenovo support and pay for them to install a new chassis? or do i just live with the battle wounds?

You could at least ask them (but be very polite) and it could be your lucky day :) Asking won´t heart anyway :)

Good luck!
