Depending in which part of Europe you are, try contacting Service parts ordering for EMEA quoting the Wireless USB adapter FRU(s) from the X300 HMM (Item No.7) - Either FRU: 42T0971 (US) or 42T0973 (Japan).

The current cost for each FRU quoted online from Service Parts UK (IBM) is:
FRU: 42T0971 - £89.91 inc VAT + P&P
FRU: 42T0973 - £71.93 inc VAT + P&P

If you have a WUSB card in the notebook, you can connect it to a WUSB HUB (eg. F5U303 WUSB HUB: http://www.belkin.com/support/product/? ... 303&scid=1 )
After this you can connect the most USB HW wireless. (USB HD as well)

I think you must confirm that you have the WUSB antenna in your X300 1st.
I checked my X200t, there's none:(
