Part Numbers - Can't find

I am going to buy an X200s

I am looking for a PDF with all the part numbers and I just can't find it. I browsed all of the files on ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pcinstitute/psref but I only found the tabook and other pdf files which didn't have all the part numbers in there. For example, Turbo Memory, Intel 5300 etc... Can I get such list somewhere?
