X200 Intel X4500 vs Intel 4500MHD

Hi All,

I'm in the process of buying an X200 but have hit a snag. I've narrowed it down to two options, the main difference being the integrated graphics card. According to the Lenovo website, one model comes with an Intel X4500 and the other with an Intel 4500MHD.

Are they both the same graphics chip? I've checked the tabook and it only mentions the Intel 4500MHD.

According to notebookcheck the Intel 4500MHD is the same as X4500HD but seems to perform better than 4500M, i.e. there seems to be some difference between X4500HD and 4500M, but I´m not sure which one is X4500
