X200s REBOOTS when coming out of sleep !!

My new X200s clean install Vista business won't come out of sleep
Here's the problem. I can put it into sleep mode. (power button or lid close doesn't matter)
When I press the power button a few seconds later or open the lid or press FN in order to come out of sleep mode, the screen just remains black, the HD led is turned on constantly and 10 seconds later the computer reboots itself
I tried to google for it for hours and just didn't find any solution.
