Display brightness

Hi.i want to ask if it is possible ,when the laptop works with the battery the brightness be like when it works with AC( i mean max brightness)

I think you are asking how to make the screen full brightness on battery? By default some thinkpads dim the display on battery.

There is a setting inside the BIOS.
start the computer, then hit the blue thinkvantage button. Then F1. Change the screen brightness setting to high and reboot. Now you can have full brightness on battery.

I would rather say the BIOS settings for brightness are ultima ratio here :) There a few things you can do:
1. Create your own power manager profile with the brightness settings for both battery and AC the way you like them (changing the settings of the default profiles is pointless as they will revert at latest upon reboot).
2. Simply use the corresponding Fn+ combination for changing the screen brightness when being on battery. Thus you will spare yourself from creating any additional power profiles.
3. In case you don´t have Lenovo Power Manager installed, you can adjust power profiles right from within windows -> control panel -> power option.
