Hey there,

it happened to me a couple of times that my new X200 didnt wake up anymore after I put it to sleep. When i pressed the on switch while it was in the sleep mode suddenly the battery and the plug LED started blinking once and after that the power and the battery symbol were on constantly but nothing happened. After a couple of times pressing the power button the notebook started to boot from scratch...

Any ideas?

This is not much help, but i'm experiencing the exact same thing.
Quite a few people have suggested that it might be the fingerprintreader software/driver messing it up, but I think thats to fix another problem.

It's quite hard to diagnose because it happens so little (about 1 out of every 20 sleep/wake-cycles)

I've found that sometimes the computer takes a little longer than usual to wake up. The first couple of times this happened, I thought the computer had crashed, but now I leave it a little longer and then the computer comes back to life.

BTW, I experienced what you described during my first week of ownership. After that no more crashes.
